Revenue NSW began issuing 2025 notices of assessment on 9 January 2025.
If you are liable for land tax in 2025 and opted in to digital notices you will receive your notice in your email inbox. The email will come from Service NSW on behalf of Revenue NSW.
If your circumstances have changed and you need to update your personal and/or land ownership information, you will need to lodge a return before the due date on your notice of assessment.
Land Tax Online helps you comply with your land tax obligations.
You can easily access Land Tax Online via your MyServiceNSW Account on the Service NSW website. This helps you conveniently manage your land tax in the same place as other NSW Government services.
