The following online services will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. We apologise for any inconvenience.

The Fines online service will be unavailable between 11.00pm on Saturday, 24 February and 5.00pm on Sunday, 25 February.

The Duties, Emergency services levy, Jobs action plan, Land tax, Land tax clearance certificate, Parking space levy, Payroll tax, Royalty online services, Small Business Grant and Unclaimed money online services will be unavailable between 9.00am and 9.30pm on Sunday, 25 February .

Overview of online services

We provide free and secure online services for clients across many of our tax bases helping you to complete tasks including lodging a return or updating your details. To access our online services you will generally need your Client and Correspondence ID, although requirements may vary across tax bases.

Note: Our current online forms do not allow you to save details and come back at a later time to complete the form. If you decide to exit the form before completing it, you cannot save it and will need to start again. On the land tax form, clients are able to save changes to postal and contact details without completing the rest of the form.

Client Service Providers and Land and Property Information (LPI) customers can login using their user name and password to access secure information.
